it’s important to build a motivated and committed team. Motivated teams are
always bringing positive results to organizations always and help to run

What is Employee Engagement
Employee engagement is defined as a worker's commitment to supporting the organization in reaching its goals and objectives. It can be seen in how employees think, feel, and act, as well as the emotional attachment they have to their organization, their work, and their team.
Why is employee engagement important?
· Increased performance - Employees who are engaged in their work are more likely to help the organization achieve its objectives.
· Increased employee retention - According to the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology at Work, an engaged employee is 87% less likely to leave their company. This means lower employee turnover costs for HR professionals who must hire new employees, train them, and wait for them to reach peak productivity.
· Increased job satisfaction - When your employees are pleased, your workplace culture improves.
· Increased revenue - According to Gallup, highly engaged employees contribute to 21% higher profitability, and teams that rank in the top 20% in engagement have a 41% drop in absenteeism and a 59% reduction in attrition - better business outcomes all around.
· A better customer experience - According to the same Gallup study, high employee engagement leads to a 10% boost in customer ratings and a 20% increase in sales.
· Loyalty - Highly engaged staff result in increased customer loyalty and retention.

2. Happiness - In general, indications of workplace happiness include an employee's sense of autonomy over their work, feeling supported and not overwhelmed by their task, and having a healthy work-life balance.
3. Ambassadorship - The level of ambassadorship reflects your employees' loyalty and what they say about your firm. It is critical that your employees are engaged because the stories being told on the inside may be felt by your customers on the outside.
4. Peer interactions - It is critical to focus on peer-to-peer interactions in order to maintain your internal motivation.
5. Relationship with the Manager - Any organization, leadership is important. Many employees are reported to stay (and thrive) not for the organization but for their manager.
6. Recognition - Workplace recognition can take numerous forms. A non-monetary Thank You or recognition in front of their colleagues can suffice.
7. Feedback - Feedback is critical to your employee's progress and happiness. Feedback is vital for employee engagement since it makes them feel appreciated in the organization.
8. Wellness - It is easy to identify a wellness-focused culture. Many measures can be used to assess this, including total absenteeism, productivity, and employee wellness.
9. Alignment - It is critical that personnel match the corporate culture (especially newcomers). This allows the organisation to get the most out of its people.
10. Job Fit & Compensation - Employee satisfaction is a general predictor of employee engagement. This can include factors like compensation, work environment, and role fit for the employee.
Conclusion
Employee engagement is important for corporate success. A highly engaged workforce has been demonstrated to increase retention, productivity, and profitability rates, among other things. Employees that are engaged go above and above, exerting discretionary effort to perform more than their job description needs. They have an owner's mindset; they are actively committed to the organization's long-term success and believe that their day-to-day responsibilities help the company achieve its goals.
