  3. In conclusion, I would like to add my comment based on my review: To ensure effective use of people and deliver greater returns to the companies in terms of ROI (Return on Investment) for every dollar or rupee spent on them, HRM practices need to be linked with the entire strategy. Without such a design, enterprises risk losing out on the potential of their human resources. And this is not encouraging for the organization's future development.

  4. Good article Upali,
Organizations that do not have a proper HRM process can face several issues that can impact their overall performance and success. These include high employee turnover rates, low employee morale, legal issues, and lack of diversity and inclusion. High employee turnover rates can be costly, as the cost of replacing an employee can range from 50% to 200% of the employee's annual salary. Low employee morale can impact employee motivation and job performance, while legal issues can lead to wrongful termination lawsuits. Lack of diversity and inclusion can also impact employee morale and creativity, as companies in the top quartile for gender diversity on executive teams are 25% more likely to have above-average profitability.
    Well done !!!
